    Context is everything.

    If someone already sounds like a bit of a jerk, chances are high that the use of this verbiage didn't get much thought in the first place.

    If we're talking about fucking in a primal sense, especially when it's on demand... I don't find it demeaning at all. In fact, sometimes it's perfect.

    I reiterate I would not use that term in that context and have no respect for those that do, though I accept some couples use and like that language.... their choice.

    I completely agree! My Mistress prefers I not use the word casually, and she never does. It pops out once in awhile for me, like when I hit my finger with a hammer or such, and I get "that look". But as you said, context-- I won't soon forget, one night after she had worked binding me to a stool, Mistress said, "let's get on with the fucking!" I was totally taken a back, I knew it was coming, but to hear her say it, so explicitly, sent chills up my spine.

    It's traditional patriarchal language, and it does reveal a particular attitude about both the relationship and the act. Given that it's found on this site, I find it kind of funny. "I really *#(@ed her good... once she... you know... unlocked my cage and, um, let me."

    I'm not sure guys really take this seriously anymore, even just among guys. It comes across as compensating and a little sad. Used as part of humor, very possibly fine. But using the word establishes zero masculine credibility. As stated... context.

    No doubt it gets used, particularly by anonymous and adolescent-minded posters who type with one hand. I doubt its intended impact translates as hoped when read by the more emotionally secure. It's an extreme rarity among guys who know each other.

    I remember when I used to work in a very male orientated field and the kind of things that the male engineers would often discuss over their tabloids as they ogled the nude models used to truly sicken and offend me. No woman should ever be referred to in that way by a man because is highly disrespectful and they will never learn to truly appreciate women and improve themselves if they don't take steps to change their disgusting chauvinistic attitude. And if they're too stubborn they should be forced to change.

    The worst part is that it's mostly complete infantile bravado and these so called "tough males" would quake in fear of their wives who controlled the purse strings and allowed them to have enough pocket money to go and talk yet more puerile filth about them behind their backs down at the local pub. Should their powerful wives ever overhear this those men would quite literally be pissing their pants!

    Yes. Very demeaning. If you are in a relationship that a partner enjoys being demeaned and degraded, fucking fits perfectly.

    My wife expects to be respected as she respects me, it's mutual. She would not be happy to hear me tell people "I fucked my wife last night".
