I think it is enough for me now that she is still interested in and enjoys being my KH. Welcome to CM! There's a lot to read on here about device selection. I am a "high Hanger" also and experimented by purchasing several different cheap cages online until finding one that worked for me. It turned out that the common CB6000s works best for me when using the smallest ring that I could get into (using soap in the shower). I then had to bend the ring into a more oval shape. I've not had a problem. But, each person's anatomy is slightly different and you are just going to have to experiment until you find your perfect device, IMHO.

I also tried various gadgets and the CB6000s is currently the best fitting device, mainly because the distance between the A-ring and the sheath can be adjusted. This distance is too small for me with most cages. However, I do not like the quare shape of the CB6000s A-ring. Of course the edges are rounded and it feels way better than for example a Bon-M metal ring but round shapes feel war better for me.
