My Jailbird rotates? To be more precise, the ring rotates, takes the cage with it, MM suggested it was the lock, pulling it round but I am sometimes unlocked in the day but leave the ring in place. It still rotates. It not painful, just, well, unsightly. I got a new ring made with the pin off center to the oval shape as the original ring was a bit small anyway and rotated to an amount and stayed there, the off set amount was to hopefully keep the pin central, oval shape cantered round a bit. It still rotated though. With and without the padlock. Any suggestions please?
For me that happens with most of my cages, particularly when I sit down with my legs somewhat together. I attribute it to the testicles bulging sideways and needing to find a place to fit, which resolves into: cage rotated up to 40 degrees, one testicle up, the other down. It also happens with tight pants (albeit with a lesser angle), as the cage tends to veer to one side of the pant seam. I have a mod of my MM Jailbird with which this happens less: it is a more anatomical ring (bent 30 degrees in the middle). I didn't make it to avoid rotation, but to fit a nylon (rather than metal) locking post, for electrical isolation between ring and cage (so they can be used as electrodes for e-stim).
Circular rings can and do rotate a little and often and it can be uncomfortable even painful at times. Its just something that happens. Anotomic rings do not do so either anywhere near as as much nor as often.
The gap that is between the ring and the cage may be the issue. The top gap between the cage and the ring are always made smaller than the bottom gap. This helps to prevent the cage from twisting. It may be that for your anatomy we may need to make that top gap even smaller. If you are having issues with burning or pinching then the bottom gap may need to be a bit bigger. This should also fix the issue. In any case contact me via email and lets see what we can do the fix your issue.
When I put on my base ring, I always start with my left testicle first just because of it's size and placement it's always easier to get that one. I also see my ring rotate to that side a few degrees, no matter which device I use. I figure just like women's boobs are a little different side to side, our 'gear' is also a little different side to side. I assume that accounts for the slight rotation I see.
I put a chain on the lock, It's done three things, it's not rotated, it's more secure and it's more comfortable. https://www.chastitymansion.com/for...n-to-stop-rotation-made-it-more-secure.21088/
I didn't have the rotation problem (or didn't notice it) with other chastity devices I had but have noticed it with the Jailbird I recently purchased. Interestingly (oddly) enough, the Jailbird rotates in one direction and the locking cock ring I previously purchased rotated in the other direction. I suppose it evens out.
Now in a security screw Jailbird , no rotation. Went shorter, narrower but slightly larger ring. It's perfect.
i've been locked in a Jailbird for 68 days and it's never rotated, could it be the base ring is to small?
I have a circular ring, and have no problem with the cage/ring rotating. However, I hate the round post and flange that mount the ring to the cage, which makes it very difficult to line up the holes for the security screw. I wish they had a square mounting system. I suppose that would probably be much harder for them to engineer, though.
