        I think ill try that, i pretty much each badly at the weekend, so killing those weekend binges and having something controlled will be a winner, and sticking to my now daily work food regime of Porridge, Soup and a sandwich , then meat and veg when i get home. Whats this 30 day butt training ? i tried googling it, but got a lot of the normal weight loss spam, have you a link to a good site explaining it ?

        Found those 30 days challenges... tried the 30 day butt training, though , meh, nothing to this.. then found i could barely walk 15 minutes later... i shall be keeping this up, thanks for the pointer @Andrew K

    Looking for a good PA piercing device that does not have a base ring, and now also REALLY want a shemale style full belt...
    Overweight.. (but on track and loosing it :D )

    But heading back in the right direction, on a massive diet, trying to exercise, and plan to get thin enough to dress again.

    Discovered a lot, chastity was me wanting to lock away the male parts of me, happier with it locked away, clean shaven (everywhere below the eyebrows) and much happier in heels and a dress when relaxing .

    Not sure on my age where this is really leading, but HRT is a serious possibility, something i am currently soul searching about a LOT.
