I’ve been wanting to try my Vice V2 with my elastic “Anti-Off” chastity strap. I have the vice v2 mini, I couldn't get on with it for the same reason as you I eventually slipped past even the smallest anti pull out. I believe they sell additional even smaller anti pull outs but you have to buy them separately and there are only a few places that sell them mainly US based so the shipping was too much for me.

Not worth it, they dont have much else I want and a lot of their stuff is just aliexpress stuff but 5x-10x the price, to order both the XS and XXS with delivery is nearly £60
Ok, that explains that part... I'm sure you can find those smaller anti-pullouts without the insane shipping fees. Just have to look around.
I did have a good look originally but couldn't find anywhere else to get them, im not sure going smaller would help it would probably stop pull out but I dont think it would be very comfy plus I find it cage messy to pee which is one of my no nos
I think my main issue with it is im uncut so it seems best to put it on with the foreskin pulled back but it eventually works past and once that happens its easy to slip past the anti pull out when really soft as the foreskin compresses everything down
I'm uncut and that's not gonna change, but still I have no issue with it. If you have a strap, then why not try even just once to see if it's any better? I'm constantly trying new things and not just with chastity play because as they all say; "You never know until you try."
