Trouble Peeing While Caged

    Hello All,

    Was looking for some advice I've got a cherry keeper stub which I love but I sometimes have issues when trying to pee in it. When flaccid (and hard haha) I have a substantial amount of extra foreskin this normally sticks through the hole at the end of the cage. The issue is when I pee it feels like a lot of pressure is building almost like back pressure. Any advice on solving this? I was debating opening up the end hole a little bit to solve the issue.

    You could widen the hole to give you more room, but another solution would be a longer cage so the skin isn’t pressed against the device.

    Same here,
    And although I am an opponent of it, I’ll go for a partial circumcision for long term long term locking, even though, more often than necessary, peeing turns into an open hydrant experience!

    A hole similar to the holy trainers works well for me. I've adapted the cage in my profile picture and it's perfect with the foreskin. Have to check it's lined up first but then I'm good to go standing up if necessary

    Do you or anybody have experience with the tether spout and foreskin / peeing?
    I am debating getting a spout.
