    Interesting. The labia thing doesn't interest me, but the combination of the cup and a urethral tube is something I haven't seen before.

    I'm locked in an inverted cage with a cup, but no tube.

    I can roll my foreskin up over the cup and get a good seal that nearly works for peeing. Unfortunately the diameter of the hole from cup to front is too narrow to cope with my flow rate and I end up blowing out around the cup and foreskin, causing pee to run out over my balls.

    The tube, if it has a sufficient diameter right through the cage, might be an improvement on my current cage.

    does it come with a wide and flat-ish ring, i have trouble with the cylinder shaped rings in the picture. how about locks instead of the screw? thanks!
