    The Jewish festival of Passover celebrates our liberation from bondage in Egypt. I always have very mixed feelings about this. I mean, I think bondage is great. More, please!

    On the other hand, I totally get the meaning of the holiday and I support it and celebrate it. But it does feel a bit hypocritical of me when I read the words celebrating our escape from bondage. If it was just called slavery I wouldn't have that problem. I don't want to be a slave. I just want to be in bondage. Sweet, loving bondage with a dash of discipline please.

    I also have thought this! It also does make me smile when they talk of bondage!
