The new titanium 3D print

My new titanium device arrived last night! Ok well maybe not mine since it has Mina's name written all over it. Also had some matching nipple jewelry printed. Looks like I need to get polishing. More pics to follow

 

I spent about 3 hours polishing, and this is where I am. It is pretty tedious and could use more but it is kind of hard to polish when locked in it.

I started with 80 grit flap wheel and sanding drums and other large grit items Keep in mind that this is not annealed. Some of the areas are almost impossible to reach with the bars and crevices. It also has rougher surface than the bar type stock. I have polished some of that up for piercing jewelry and it was pretty easy.

 

I did think about bead blasting but Mina likes it shinier. It just needs another round of polishing when I have the time.

I designed it and then sent it out to be printed on a commercial 3D printer. I used rhino to model and stratasys to print.

It does nothing to stop erection. This is super frustrating when horny and it's right there hard but secure. It is great for sleeping because there are no worries about getting hard in your sleep and waking up like with most of the ball trap devices. We have inserted with the device on and it is super frustrating but for Mina it is a little too uncomfortable. She definitely teases me with it that way though.

I do love the way that a ball trap device really feels like she's got me by the balls. I love the way a full belt removes all access all together and has such an amazing bondagey feel. For me none of those work with my active lifestyle. I couldn't go biking and running and kiteboarding and swimming etc. What good is a chastity device that can not be worn? With this device there is no removal for cleanings, no interruptions to daily life, no worries about using urinals around co workers, no worries about bulges or belts with my kids.

So at the end of the day that makes it easy on Mina, she really has complete control of it. Before making my own custom device 24/7 was never a possibility. Now it leaves me completely frustrated and in my nice sub mode. We have been closer and happier together going down this road.

 

I would say if I could have gotten off this morning I would have. It is particularly frustrating in the mornings with the morning wood. When trying to masturbate as you get hard the device gets tighter and so it just doesn't move. Then any skin that moves just gets pinched on the device. Then you want to throw a little tantrum because life just seems unfair for just that moment.

 

The blue screw at the bottom is where accessories can be attached. That can be a ring, electrodes, spikes, adapter for a full belt, a leash ring...

Anyone have any other accessory ideas?
