    I guessed as much. But once the first one's been done same pattern and machine/printer can surely replicate?

    Yes. Out of interest: once the prototype's done what would a production one cost?

    Printing 3D with Titanium is calculated mostly based on cubik centimeters. I ran a online cost calculator once. I can't remember exactly but I think it was something around 400 to 500€ (440 to 550 US $) without any polishing, anodizing, security screw etc. So when the creator of it sold one of his devices on eBay starting at 1200$ it probably wasn't overpriced for a unique piece of art, design and craftsmanship. Still a lot of money as long as you can get a Neosteel Arch for the same amount of money.

    Polishing Ti takes hours and hours, anodising it is a seriously difficult process working with some nasty chemicals and adds no value or improvement in the way it works. Yes you can get a Neosteel Arch for similar money but your comparing Chalk and Cheese to be honest, two totally different devices depending on what you want to wear. Costs are also closer to £1000 than 500 just for production without development costs and the fact that the person who did it needs to eat !!

    It really depends on what you are getting. Everyone is a different size and since we are talking custom it depends on the device the person wants.

    @TitaniumChastiTi

    Do you happen to have access to an SLS machine? I'm limited to our DLP/SLA machines here. Now I could always cast the print, but it wouldn't be the same level of quality. This is also completely ignoring the fact that it may raise a few eyebrows as it made its way through the plant :rolleyes:

    What would be an amazing development would be an app that could program a 3D titanium printer for a chastity cage to the exact size from a 3D photograph of the intended wearer. To incorporate thread for Lori type security locking screw. Maybe also based on a Lori design, e.g. the 2A. Subjects could be fitted up in a very short time indeed - hours even.. Maybe it's not far into the future.
