    I sometimes wear a 1/2" testicle ring in addition to my cock cage, but am having issues with the ring and the base ring of the cage pinching.

    I've tried pushing something between the rings, but haven't had any luck. Can anyone suggest ways to keep these from pinching? Any help is much appreciated.

    Have you considered using a silicone testicle ring? I wear one some times and done get any pinching.
