    I have a Looker01 and after some time, I had it re-modelled to a looker 02. The Looker02 had a modded hood, it was longer then a basic one, so no touching the entire gland. My gland is my 'P-spot', combined with a wand, I could come in a Looker01. With the closed cap, no touching my 'P-spot', hence getting ultra horny, but no coming ...
    Offcourse, It is with urethral insert. And, I can/could remove it in the tub when flaccid.
    So, now, I have a new PA.. next device will be the Tubejacket02 and then it will get real serious ;-)
