    Hi,
    I would like to ask whether some of you know some inspirational articles about chastity that deal with practical hints.

    I know that there are a lot of tips on our forum:pray:, but I am looking for something like a practical motivation guide to keep going. Something that reminds me why I am doing chastity and how I can do it even better.

    Sorry for the bad description. I hope you know what I mean.

    I don't have a guide, in one place. But there are lots of discussions here that give you reasons to be in chastity. Denying yourself can be motivated by different things for different people. it can be based on submission, a desire to focus pleasure on your SO, or just to prolong your own excitement, as three examples. look around more and you'll find something that will work for you, hopefully.
