Sizing a Tether spout

    I am considering a tether spout for securitywithout a PA

    BAWR offers sounds but doesnt say to measure( and they wamt 50 bucks for the..

    The inelastic portion is deeper down. How can I measure it using a sound?

    Is there another option? Chopstick, Etc?

    Thanks for any assistsnce

    Try round felt tip pens (body!).
    Clean and lube. Then try to insert. The inelastic ring has some flexibility.
    Note the diameter of the thickest object you can insert and of the next one which does not go in.
    There should be a bit of stretching ache, not much.

    With this diameter you can calculate now the cirumference of a retainer when viewed from the side.
    Best is to have a set, one exact match, one 1/100" more and one 1/100" less.

    This is an example drawing. Dimensions in mm. Circumference equivalent flat 35.4mm. The inelastic ring should tolerate a diameter of 11.3mm. (11.3 * pi = 35.4)
    The "washer" diameter is 13.3mm so it should be able to hold the spout.
    For wearing comfort and to relief pressure during errections the outer shape is very flat.
    The original dishes from tether products were too pointed for me.

    Does the spout drop down when your cage is off? How uncomfortable are erections with that washer in?

    Get a set of Hegar sounds from amazon, about $20-$40 US for a set, and buy some sterile lube, sterilize the set and start small and work your way up until you find the size that doesn't go in. Then then you have the to use for urethral play later.

    The match between retainer and spout is so close that it will not drop down. When I do cleaning, I don‘t remove the spout but for ease of handling I just screw the safety nut on top.
    With the original retainers erections were painful.
    This was the reason to re-shape them. After I found a good dimension I got spouts and retainers produced in titanium.
    Cogman uses short spouts I prefer longer ones (30 mm).
    I have a Locker 2 with 38 mm and Steelheart with 44 & 38 mm.
    The Locker 2 is the everyday jeans, the 44 mm Steelheart is the jogging pants and the 38 mm Steelheart is the Tuxedo.

    Guys I’ve been looking for an answer but no one has responded. Can you tell me if you guys leave the spout in during sex? How does it not push up and in? And how is it for her?

    Did you ask in this thread?
    It will push in if you do not use a retainer.
    I have a special rounded nut.
    Cogman mentioned once he puts the original cap on top.
    She can feel it if you go deep.
