I believe you make perfect sense. I would think the goal of the keyholder would be twofold: To help humiliate the husband as well as helping the husband to be more loving and pleasing to his wife. As a man I think another man would be the ultimate Keyholder if you're into long term wear. Only another man could truly understand the futility of releasing another man from chastity. What I mean is that he'd understand the letdown that would occur once the orgasm is over.
