My GF/KH gets a real thrill from doing this as it adds another dimension to tease and denial. My GF/KH says after a certain amount of time (at her discretion ofcoarse) being locked with tease and denial sessions, a get out early pass can sometimes comes into play. So if I want to get out early when this comes into play, say a week or 2 after being locked I can ask for the get out early pass. She only unlocks me after I've taken a libido pill.
