OK I am new to my PA, I think it is only 4 months old now and I have the hardest time changing the ring. I thought I could go from 10ga to 8ga by myself and that didnt work so I had the piercer do it and afterwards I tried to put the ring around my jailbird and could not get the bead on to save my life. sadly I just got my looker 3 and it came with a 4 ga lock which obviously I am not ready for but I wanted to close the ring around the cage. any tips or advice on these rings? should I get the smooth segment ring when they go from 8 to 6 ga?
BTW I love the looker 3 so far. tonight will be my first night sleeping in it but I think this will be my cage for a while..
Practice with it out I am not sure of the dia but it should be ok with fingers if not get pr circlip or proper body jewellery pliers . Xx wendy
