I've changed my sanitary pay 4 times today.

 

Getting a PA can be intimidating, but if you take it slow with the healing and gauging up, it will be a real step up in security for your device.

I have had mine for over 5 years, and it is an integral part of my chaste situation.

 

No blood today. Did bleed last night, I think I was playing with it while asleep as it wasn't an issue at all during the day.

Still haven't tried standing up to pee yet.

10, will stretch to a 6 or a 4 before picking up a custom device.

I've never had any issues with that, despite reading many things to the contrary. I was pierced at 12ga last April, and slowly stepped into an 8ga near the end of December. Just healing up from that last stretch now. My wife is planning to have me full time in my Glans Armor at the beginning of March. Do take your time with the stretching though.

 

I've had no issues at all, I left it a few days before trying. I'm not circumcised though so the foreskin may be helping.

 

I'm going to stick with a device that has a ring for my balls. I don't like the idea of putting pressure on the piercing. The idea was for the device to be as close to escape proof as possible.
