DIY peppermint foot scrub: 1/2 cup epsom salt, 1/3 cup olive oil, 20 drops peppermint oil. Mix all ingredients together adding additional oil if needed to achieve a grainy consistency. Rub scrub into your ladies feet as she reads a book or enjoys her coffee. Soak feet in hot water for 10 minutes. Pat feet dry with a soft towel. Lavish with kisses if allowed...Smile.
I think I will just use the one we bought. I don't think I am up to making my own. I read the ingredients above I was not sure if I should be rubbing it in or eating it.
I liked this because the purchase of ingredients and preparation is another way to show my devotion and care...btw...she LOVED IT!!
So here is my plan for New Years Eve pampering of my wife .. a homemade face scrub: Vanilla Honey Sugar Face Scrub: Ingredients: 1/2 cup white sugar 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 teaspoon Vitamin E oil 1/2 – 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract Directions: Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined. Store in a sealed container for up to 2 months. To use, apply sugar scrub to wet skin. Gently massage the scrub into skin, being careful not to get it in your eyes. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel. Hope she enjoys this as much as she did the foot scrub!
