One testicle chastity experience

My left testicle sometimes slips past the ring of my chastity cage when cycling on very cold days. This results in a loose fit and the cage hangs lower, much like you describe in your case. However, I cannot pull my penis out of the cage, because I have a Prince Albert piercing.
Have you considered using a chastity device that doesn't have a ball trap ring, but is secured using a piercing?

I have only 1 testicle and have found it best to bend my ring to customize it to fit. I began by wrapping one side with dental floss (like high schools girls used to do with their boyfriend's class rings) and experimented with that until I found the right shape that worked to keep the ring on and with comfort. After achieving this, I traced the ring onto paper, removed the floss, put the ring into a vise and bent it to match the drawing, without disturbing the part that attached to the tube. Works fine and never take the ring off, even when the tibe is removed for cleaning, etc.

 

A PA tube/cage does allow for more movement than a device with a ball trap ring, including partial erections.

Irregardless of one testicle your cage gap is too large. This is the gap between the base ring and the cage, essentially there is more space than needed and your cage sags. As far as pulling out this is not related to one testicle and as others have said can get a piercing, or if you don’t want to get pierced tether spout or some cages have a glans ring.

 

I stopped using cages when I had my testicles removed. Unless you want to have a piercing to secure the cage, even with one testicle it's going to be an exercise in frustration trying to make cages fit properly and stay in place.
