So before I took the plunge I did my research and read about all the problems people had had with their devices. I decided the Holy Trainer was my best bet and it arrived yesterday. I expected to have issues with fitting, comfort, pain, pinching, chafing, discomfort, hygiene, getting used to it, breaking myself in, unwanted bulges.....etc.....etc And yet....... I fitted it dead easy and the only times I've taken it off in 24 hours have been for a two minute inspection last night and for a shower this morning. My time has included sleeping and with my appendage attempting it's usual erections. Surely with this lack of issues there's some mistake!
I've seen only good reviews of this device but a friend got chafing at first with a holy trainer and he had not even felt any pain so check often in the first few weeks.
I got my new HT on Tuesday and have been locked in it ever since. I was unlocked very quickly last night to clean and shave, then locked back in while I was still in the shower. I've had no problems what so ever.....too spooky!!! enjoy the experience!!!!
My experience from last year was that I was also fine with my CB6000s for the first few days wearing it 24/7. After some time, I developed sore spots. No redness, just sore to the touch, so I had to remove it and wait a few days before trying again. I also started to have problems with my balls hurting and the top of my penis hurting from the weight of the lock pulling down on it. 10 months later and I am wearing it 24/7 and most times do not know it is there. For me, I ended up going to a larger ring that used to be too large last year but seems just perfect now. Go figure.
Thank you guys. I spent the weekend with my keyholder/ girl friend and the device is more for when we're apart. As a result I didn't spend the night in it on Friday or Saturday. I wore it last night and did experience some pain underneath the scrotum due to nocturnal penile tumescence trying to pull everything away from my body. Only to be expected, but I have to strongly recommend the device!

So things were too good to be true. Two symmetrical sore points from the base of the tube either side of my cock base. Also I'm finding that the standard tube/standard ring is fine when I fit it using the sock method (folded baby wipe instead of sock), but by the end of the day with bending and moving, growing and shrinking I'm no longer in the correct position in the tube and that's causing hygiene issues......having to spend money on the shorter tube :-(
This is my first device, so I've never worn a CB. I'm wearing the 45mm ring and after my week wearing it I'm convinced that it's the correct ring size for me as escape attempts (to test it) prove futile and at the same time it remains comfortable.
