I agree with what most have said. I think it varies from person to person. I used to leak continuously when I first got caged. Now I only leak pre cum now when aroused. I also have nocturnal emissions when caged for long periods of time. The longer the lock up the more frequent the emissions. If I am not mistaken, Precum is produced by the body as a lubricant when aroused. The body is going to produce it caged or not.
