    80.2 kilograms this morning. With only 16 days to go, I need to exercise more if I want to have a chance to have an orgasm on February the 1st, because with this pace I'm not going to make that 77.5 kgs....

    My typo. But fitting. She shrank me from 42" to 36" pants. 60 plus pounds. She wants me to 34" Want allow my panties to be replaced yet. Everything is getting loose and baggy. I continue to drop but covid19 has impacted the rate.

    Good for you-keep it up! I, unfortunately, am going in the opposite direction. 5 years ago, was a 32" waist. Now more like 38"

    Well, I haven't lost much weight yet, and as a result I'm fairly certain I won't be 77.5 kilograms on February the 1st. Also, I haven't worn a chastity device over the weekend, because I was away with the Wife on a short vacation. No PIV though, that is reserved for her lover, of course. That means the next orgasm at the earliest will be on March 1st.

    No orgasm for 26 days now. And at least another 30 days before the next one.

    Somehow I've been horny the past days. No particular reason, it just seems to come and go. I can have no interest in sex for days or weeks, and then suddenly *boom* - horny as hell. Is this something other people can relate to?

    The Holy Trainer helps me to prevent jerking off, though, so that's good. I don't wear it at night, so there's temptation to fondle myself when I wake up, but so far I've managed top restrain myself from cumming.

    Now it's the end of January. The good news is that I haven't had an orgasm. The bad news: I haven't lost any significant weight, despite eating better, so I think it's time for some extra measures.

    From now on:
    * I am not allowed to eat any cookies, cake, crisps, candy or other similar type of snacks.
    * I am not allowed to drink any alcoholic beverage.
    * I will run at least once a week (30+ mins)
    * I will do a deliberate physical workout at least once a week (abs, push-ups, etc., 10+ mins)

    If I fail any of these, I will have to wear a chastity device during the night as well as during the day. These are cumulative, so eating a cookie and drinking a beer will result in me having to wear the device for two nights.

    Another problem is that, as I don't wear chastity during the night, I have a habit of fondling myself in bed when I'm awake. While this hasn't resulted in an illegal orgasm yet, I do think it is good to be a bit more prudent. So another rule:

    * I am not allowed to stroke or touch my penis for my enjoyment while unlocked.

    Breaking this rule will result in me wearing chastity for an additional night.

    I will report my progress here at least once a week. I'm counting on you guys to keep me honest. The support of this site has been helpful.

    Since I didn't make my goal of 77.5 kilograms I will have to wait for an orgasm at least until March 1st.

    Try to get a regular walk in every day like at least 30 minutes. Use steps when available over elevator's or escalator.

    Brisk walking on regular basis works well.

    LOL-Bion-I have almost the opposite situation. My wife/KH is from an old Latino family that prides itself on cooking and food. As a result, most of her family are big, and she prefers having a "bigger" husband. I've gone from about 170 lbs 5 years ago, to just over 200lbs now, and she likes it.

    I feel your pain, LOL! I think the war is lost in my case. I got rid of all my old 32" waist pants-I figured it was highly unlikely I'd fit into them anytime soon.
