    Never thought about stages though I suppose you do progress as you move from hours to days to months to years of continuous lock up .

    Have a look around there is a lot of threads on our favourite subject.

    One thing I've never read here is anyone claiming to be the expert on chastity or chastity play. Just a great bunch of people on the journey.
