It's not the most comfortable but I am going give it some time. The quality was more than satisfactory and I don't have to do anything so as to safely use it. It was a cheap buying from Ali express. This inverts your penis for a length of it. I might try it again once I’m out of my daily cage (MCN GA2) but it’s pretty intense.
I've just acquired one of these. Managed to roll my foreskin over the inner part of the cage, leaving my glans pressed into the end of the 'funnel'. After about an hour my foreskin started to get more and more uncomfortable. I guess it was stretched more than it could sustain for longer periods. So the wife told me to remove it. Haven't tried it again since, but intend to try without rolling my foreskin up over the outside of the funnel next time. I'll share the experience when that happens.
