my one that i wear at nite time is a bit like that one. Its nice and comfy and dont hurt me. i wear another one in the day time thats got little bars on it cos its more comfy in the day time when im doing my chores. That one has got one more ring on it than my one tho.
ooh and my one dont has to have a big lock like that on it cos its got its own lock.

 

I have not worn this one or one like it. It looks to me that it would be so very easy to back your penis out of that thimble, have whatever pleasures you like and pop back in. With that small cage you might pop out without trying. The scrotum provides an anchor point along the bottom of the cage opening. Some other anchor point of points ar needed to keep your penis in place, around the opening or inside the cage.

If you just want a toy, you might as well go with a less expensive model. If you want chastity, my advice is to get a Prince Albert or the like. It will be some fuss and you won't be able to wear a device safely for a while. But anchoring your penis near its end to the inside of the cage will deny access and allow natural nocturnal erections.

I have one (just to test...I do that) and it works fine. Mine has an integrated lock and is shorter but it’s the same design. Peeing is an issue, but if you use the steel insert it’s less of a problem. I am pierced so it’s not a cage I can wear comfortably (ring bends back etc), but for someone that isn’t pierced, I can see this as comfy and secure.

Can u pull out the back? Yes, but you can pull out of any device your penis isn’t attached to.

 

and if you do try and get out its silly cos your Mistress wont like it very much and then you migt get shouted at and not wanted no more.

Try this version instead; get rid of that style lock, with an insert you'll NOT be able to 'pull out the back', and only need to remove it occasionally for hygiene (under proper supervision of course!).
