I have gone longer honestly that 3 months. It for sure is not easy. As my wife reminded me that the whole thing is not for my benefit anyways. It is for her benefit. Getting a comfortable well fitting cage is big physical step after that it's purely mental. My longest lockup is 20 days and I'm on day four of a 19 day one now.
