Permanent shrinkage isn’t a thing…temporary is, and can be “maintained” over time with shorter cages etc. The body (and penis) seem to “accept” this over time. Just like some fish will only grow based on their environment/size of the tank, similar happens with chastity. Age is also a factor, and even reprogramming the mind (remember sex is mostly a mental thing), to derive pleasure differently than before, or not at all. Your experience is very similar to mine.
