Locking mechanism with TetherSpout

I just learned of the existence of TetherSpouts and that feature of the urethra that a ring can’t come out of the head of the penis when positioned perpendicular to the penis.

I’m wondering if a locking mechanism could be created that is a bar that goes inside such a thing and when locked expands or rotates behind the spout such that it can’t be removed.

I have a PA piercing but unfortunately my erections are to strong, and after a few days the tugging means the piercing needs a rest. Balls trap devices are both insecure and stretch my balls in a way that doesn’t seem healthy. After decades still looking for a device that works for me, and this idea seems promising.
