I hate to say this in a public forum but I wish you did not have to attend one of these events to actually talk to someone from the company. Despite all my emails I have yet to get a reply from anyone there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to know why there isnt a Fetish Fair somewhere further south! I would LOVE to be able to attend one of these. If anyone knows of any please let Me know. Mistress Michelle
I do not know why you have not gotten a response from us as I respond to all emails. At times emails go into spam folders or are deleted on our end as being not serous (many people want to talk fantasy rather than business). MM, In case you're not aware, Black Rose has an event in DC, typically the last weekend in October. I haven't attended, but from what I've read there appears to be all sorts of events from seminars to dinners to a vendor hall, which LIS usually has a booth for. I have been to some BR meetings and special interest group meetings a number of years ago, and they generally were both fun and informational.
As for the reasons about events in other locations. Many organizations do host events all over the country, we do not attend all of them but events are everywhere. Where are you from (state is all that is needed) and I can point you in the right direction. The event that does the RI event also does one in NC and Atlanta GA. Jillian
I just looked that one up and it is called the FFF Carolinas, it is the last weekend of September each year at the Ramada Woodlawn hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina. This year it is September 24-26, 2010. Jillian
