With women in authority, a law requiring all adult males (or even all males on reaching puberty) to have their penises caged, except with the permission of their female keyholders, could be a distinct possibility.

Even in the current environment, a humane way of dealing with rapists, defilers and sexual predators could be to sentence them to being caged either for several years or even indefinitely.

I appreciate that these ideas are controversial, but I would welcome the views of other users.

I could not agree more with your excellent theory, if you remove the testosterone based anger and idiocy that most male decisions are based upon, then a more humane society will evolve.
I am relatively new to this, however, even after only a few weeks of chastity (self locked, because it feels right!) I find myself calmer, more focused, more relaxed and dare I say happier...so if it works then why fight it??( oh might be back to testosterone again?) FLR is the future and I for one embrace it wholeheartedly.

Sounds like a better world... All males locked at 18, if they are selected by a woman to either be a lover or slave she applies to the council for the key. If she no longer requires the male she must pass the key on to the next owner or return it to the council. There probably wouldnt be any rapists or paedos anymore , but if there was i agree permanent locking or even castration and penectomy.
