Legal advice on being given total control

Fantasy fetish w0rld contract are hot legal just because they have the word contract in them. You cannot make a contract for slavery, even voluntarily. Contract between a slave and his mistress is not going to fly either. Nor are chastity contracts and other unenforceable ones between fetish couples. They may be fun to pretend with but not worth the paper they are written on.

 

Same goes for so called consensual blackmail contracts. And at least in the UK, any D/s type contract that specifies physical punishment for infractions is unlikely to stand up as the moment anything causes bruises or broken skin the UK courts will consider it to be actual bodily harm. And that's even with explicit consent - see the Spanner case.

In the worst cases the sub can be quite easily manipulated to believe that such contracts are real and they're bound by the terms, not seeing a way out. If they're being taken for a ride financially, the most effective way of breaking out of it is to report the dom/me to the Inland Revenue since it's unlikely the income has been declared. And of course abuse in all its various forms should be taken seriously by the police.

I've said it before, I'd love to see one of these "contracts" tested in court. The tabloid papers would have a field day.

 

Totally agree, And most of the findoms now are just money grabbing girls, they have no real interest in bdsm at all.
