It looks very low quality by the tool marks all over it. The extra lock is not for security, in fact the device uses common cabinet locks which pretty much all use the same keys. The only advantage to this is not security but being able to open the front so you can pee standing up. Why is it time for a new cage? I have been wearing the same one for over 4 years. Just took it off last night and probably will not put it on again after my orgasm today but who knows. My wife can be very persuasive in bed.
I have 2 devices with the that type of lock and the keys only work on the one they came with. Trust me I tried lol
I like the looks of the cage, very similar to mine but the front is more open on mine. The only thing that worries me is the hinged ring, those look like they could pinch and be uncomfortable. That's too bad that front lock is for a front opening, at first glance I thought it was a lock for a PA. At that price I'd say it's worth a test drive.
Exactly, a solid ring is more comfortable and gives less risk of chafing or other annoyances. But as @Wonderwomanssub adds I would indeed not hesitate too much and just try it out. Good luck and please keep us posted with your experiences with this cage, brgds Felix

Hinged ring and closed tip...pinching and peeing issues. I do like the idea of the lock underneath though. Before someone manufactures these devices, I wonder why they don’t get feedback from those who use this stuff.
Love the look but I’m not a fan of hinged rings. Tried various soft rubber tubing but then the ends of the tubing caused irritation.
I'll add my voice to the advice to get a solid base ring. Both own experience and of others says that they're much more aggrivation when wearing than any advantage they have for getting it on or off.
Well, KH bought on eBay Friday, showed up Sunday. Much better quality and finishing than other less expensive cages. Ring design seems impossible to slip off, round rings always did. Hinged ring is not the typical "pinching" type. I've been locked since it arrived without a pinch or slip off. It is heavy but I'll get used to that, no choice. Pink silicone nozzle should arrive tomorrow according to KH. Yeah, I'm learning!!
