    The 3D one does look well designed with the larger rounder bumps at the end to keep it in place whilst the internal spikes look like they will only be a real problem once an erection begins.

    KTB's are very difficult to get accustomed to wearing! I can't take more than a few hours and have to have relief! Of course, when I'm forced to wear it, I have no say in the duration of my torture. I've always earned it!

    There are two issues here - your current disobedience event and Her better controlling you so that such things just don't happen in the future! My Mistress keeps the KTB displayed on her dresser where I walk by it and see it several times a day. That is enough of a reminder to keep me well in line and fully under control. She doesn't have to say a word! And, on the occasion where She wants to gently remind me of Her control, She simply holds it up to me. Enough said!

    I can only begin to imagine how bad they are! I'd probably break down into tears begging for it not to used, I'm quite emotional.

    I have found some on ebay made from steel, which should be ok. They are slim too so would fit either on the crown or worse, put on at the base being held on by my cage!! I have not ordered one as I'm not permitted to spend any money without her authorisation.

    The trouble with the KTB is that, once it is locked in place, the constriction results in a constant state of erection and there's no relief. The little "needles" or "blades" within it can scratch the skin, too. (One mistress is said to ally alcohol afterward to 'cleanse' the area!) There is also info here on CM about a plastic KTB that's printed on a 3 d printer that has plastic "bumps" inside that would seem to be much more humane. I can only take the KTB for an hour or two and I require handcuffing to prevent attempts to get it off. When I've had it on, I tried to think of other, non-sexual things, work things, counting numbers, etc, etc. All to no avail. The damn thing hurts!

    Cecilia, it depends on the design of the ring and teeth. Malechastitynow.com offers quite a good one, the teeth are sharp enough to deliver lots of pain but not to inflict serious skin damage. Here you can see both KTB design and some marks it leaves after heavy teasing.

    Cecilia, in my case 3 things prevents KTB from sliding:
    1. Little space between teeth, so they dig some way even into soft penis.
    2. Small weight of the ring itself.
