Yes, I second that thought! You will not be disappointed. I have had my Watchful Mistress for 5 or 6 years now, after using a CB6000. It is very comfortable for long term use, and you will not receive better customer service anywhere.

As OP said, they will answer questions before the sale, and they support what they sell. For OP, don’t be surprised that after you get your Jailbird that you may need adjustments. When that happens, don’t be afraid to contact them. You’ll find they’re fast and very reasonable. The only bad thing I can say about them is I wish they made full belts. I suspect they don’t as it’s a different skill set needed to make full belts, and the market is much small. But who know maybe if we ask, they’d consider it! Anyway, I’m always happy to see when someone buys from them, as it’s nice to see good people run a successful business. And yea I’m a customer, and no I haven’t been paid or compensated to say good things about them!
