Is Steelworxx still selling devices?

    Hi,
    I want to buy this device from the Steelworxx but before ordering i have few questions and i mailed them quite a few times. But sadly, i never got a reply from them. Now i am little nervous about making an order to them.

    So, does anyone recently brought any device from Steelworxx? Also is anyone have any alternate email address of them, so that i can try that one?

    They're still making devices - I have one ready to ship in the next few days, hopefully. The owner, Dietmar is usually pretty on-the-ball with emails. Try sending one direct to info@steelworxx.de

    I - or correctly - my wife recently purchased - and received fairly quickly - so most certainly - Steelworxx is alive and kicking..

    I have also emailed them several times over the last few weeks, indicating that i am ready to place an order for the Looker 1. Have yet to hear a reply. Probably going to order from Mature Metal due to the lack of reply from SteelWorxx.
    In the past i have nothing but perfect customer service with MM, with very fast replies to emails. I was interested in trying the Looker with the urethral insert, but... if they do not reply to emails it makes it a bit tough to purchase!
    Has anyone else had the same issues with SteelWorxx?

    Most likely on holiday. It's holiday time in Europe, and all sorts of things take longer. Especially from small producers.

    If you want a Steelworxx then wait a week and then resend your email.
    Oh, and don't use the automatic mailer thing on the website - just send him a normal email.

    Absolutely so @SubVerity - looking at the web page it says that they are heading off on Friday 24th for a couple of weeks. So I would think he is busy trying to get as many orders fulfilled before closing for the break.

    I found that Dietmar was fairly economic with his responses @thefunone74 - ask a question and he replies. Tell him something and he just seems to log it.

    There is an order page on the site which as I recall lets you fill in all the necessary details and it may be that he prefers an order in that format. I assume you have seen this page http://steelworxx.de/Order-14i.html?xPrioS=jeh5ergd9f1ra1ccfg4shn71n1

    I can assure you that the wait is well worth it. I hit their holiday period when I ordered but that's just one of these things :)

    Worth waiting for. Absolutely:) And Yes Dietmar is not the most outspoken sales manager, but he is one hell of a craftsman:)
