I absolutely love it. I had never had any luck with heavy ball trap devices. Got one of these. Light weight can wear it long term. With atleast one cleaning a week. During the cleaning just get some antibacterial soap soak it in the sink while you shower. Give it a quick brush with an old tooth brush. An your good. Every device is going to have a flaw You just have to figure out your personal preference. I’m actually considering an Orion so that I can’t have erections.

Well that's the best news I've heard all day. I am glad to hear that cleanliness isn't a big issue and that it fits so well for you. I have zero luck with ball trap devices presumably because of my low hangers and growing tendencies. I'll have to do a lot more research on evotion!

Did you have to order multiple to get the fit right? Any other advice for someone interested in the bijou? (I'm still a ways away from purchase but still)

Measure a lot. Buy yourself some digital calipers off amazon if you don’t have a pair already. My first was a little big. If I had any advice, go with the smallest of all you’re measurements. They discounted me on the second one so all worked out. My current fits great. But since there’s still some weight there. What happens to a flaccid penis when you pull on it? It gets thinner. So what looks like a terrible fit isn’t. I almost bulge out of it erect.

This is why I want to give the Orion a shot. I can go with a shorter tube to keep everything tucked in there snug. I would also like to end erections And If the base ring size is correct it should handle any weight issues. And if it were to slide down a bit it won’t go far because of the piercing.

Evotion also does custom work if you want to pay extra.

Sorry for the long winded post. I hope this helps. An feel free to reach out if you have questions.

It will take a bit for it to heal. You should plan on waiting 12 weeks before starting to gauge up.

And be conservative in the beginning.

It's still pretty uncomfortable after two weeks. At this rate its pretty annoying and making me question my decisions. I still wrap it in gauze every day because rubbing hurts and walking hurts and everything hurts. I can't even imagine gauging up at this moment. I will heed your advice 109%

All the advice has been so helpful guys. I'm thankful this forum is so friendly especially to noobies.

Wow, I totally missed a thread on PA piercings.

Just wanted to add a big +1 to the advice you got. Piercings take time to heal, and they especially take time to heal to the point that they can be used for play.

Fortunately the PA is probably one of the easiest to heal as you're getting a cleaning of the piercing site for free every time you pee - your urine is sterile until it comes out of you (assuming you don't have something like hepatitis), so it does a fantastic job of rinsing everything down from the inside. Generally speaking after 4 weeks or so the irritation you're getting will die down, and yeah, wait awhile after that before thinking about gauging up. I'd also agree with Peter that 4ga is the sweet spot for this sort of thing; I only went with 2ga because Steelwerks told me they couldn't do the hollow J-bar jewelry in 4ga as the hole through the urethral part would be too small.

Are you still at 10 gauge? I read your earlier messages, and I think that is what you were pierced at.

Yes I was pierced at ten gauge and I am still at ten. I don't plan on moving up any time soon

I was pierced at 10 gauge and immediately stretched up to 8 by the piercer. I don't have experience at 10 gauge, but it is on the thin size for a PA. What type of jewelry do you have in? What is the diameter measurement?

My piercer wanted to stretch me to an 8 immediately but they did not have the jewelry at the time. I am currently using a curved barbell at 3/4 diameter. The ball ends on this thing are huge! They must be atleast 8mm.

I'm slowly able to return to my regular activities. Standing to pee is becoming normal for me again and I can walk around the house without wrapping it in gauze without too much discomfort. I wouldn't dare go to work without it wrapped tho!

I only had bleeding for 2, maybe 3 days, that was it. And, while it was tender during the initial healing, it was not painful during everyday activities.

I am concerned that 10 gauge is too small, and maybe the diameter is also too small. I used an 8 gauge 7/8" captive ball ring, and other than soaking it, left it alone for the healing period.

You are soaking it in warm sea salt solution every day? Twice a day?

I'm not having any bleeding. The gauze us just to stop it from rubbing on stuff and getting caught on things as those tugs are rather uncomfortable. I was hoping I wouldn't have to wrap it up like this but hey whatever. I'm not really worried about the health of it necessarily as I am quite experienced in recognizing infection and infection control. That being said, I am doing normal sterilized saline rinses at least once a day and twice a day when I can. My gauze is always sterile and changed frequently. I am staying hydrated as well.

I think maybe the jewelry is slightly too small of diameter but I don't really want to change my jewelry this early.

Was it uncomfortable for a few weeks when you got yours?

It wasn't really bad for me. It was a little sore at times, but the saline soaks helped. I did not really have trouble with it catching on stuff. I just wore bikini style briefs, and that kept it pretty well protected.

I suspect that going up to 8 gauge will help, but you need a taper to do that, and it would probably hurt a lot, since it is not healed yet.

How far back from the tip is the pierced hole?

I am thinking that going up a gauge would help. But like you said, it might not be easy or comfortable! Is it okay to change Jewelry or gauge up only a few weeks after the initial piercing?

Also, it seems like it was placed pretty far back, as in there is a lot of flesh between the holes. Larger than most pics I've seen

Just don’t be in a rush. Healing times vary. I’d give it a few months before changing gauge and only then if you want. It’s forever. Going from 10 to 8 is not a huge adjustment. I just soaked in the tub for quite awhile and switched it them. Taper would probably help but the sizes are fairly close.

Hi, can't give any experience on the PA yet, but all the Ball Trap device have been nothing but trouble for us as well. We will be adding a PA to finally "hopefully" been able to have a secure and comfortable device.

I have a Behind Barz belt with PA security. Nice stretced low hangers is no problem, and the belt is very secure. Once in, you don't get out, as in not at all, whithout the key or very heavy tools. Easy to wear 24/7/365

I'm hoping this will be the solution! So far the PA has been worth it on its own, regardless of chastity! Healing kind of sucks but it's incredibly short time compared to other piercings. I'm three weeks in now and it only hurts if it's tugged on or caught on something.

It sounds like you’re healing well. It does go quick. I wish I had gotten my PA earlier. I’m grateful my wife embraced the idea and encouraged me in 2014. We’ve enjoyed it outside of chastity as well. She likes decorating me.

I am looking forward to having the PA, just aa bit nervous about the Piercing itself.
Wanting the Vasectamy to heal a little bit before we go with the PA.

Well, you would need a taper. Have you tried calling the piercing shop where you had it done?

Your other comment about the piercing seeming to be far back might indicate that the diameter of the ring is too small. I would call the shop.
