    Hi I’m trying to buy a custom built saint cage from custom chastity but they don’t seem to be responding to emails. I was wondering if anyone has purchased a device from them in the last month. Im trying to find out if they are still in business or not. Thanks

    I just sent them two emails over the past seven days and I haven’t gotten any responses.

    Does @Giles_English have any insights on this? From memory, they’re in Australia or New Zealand, and it’s the long summer holidays down here, so maybe they’re away.

    I placed an order with them like six weeks ago. My cage should have arrived last week. It has not arrived yet. And now their website is down. So I am hoping they are on holiday! I'll post again here when I find out any more information.

    I placed an order about ten days ago- if I could reach them I’d cancel it based on everything I’ve read since. They use a third party ticket tracking system for communication now. They just “closed” my ticket for my order- so I assume they’re working. But they ignored the multiple questions I posted with my order, so I have no idea if they read my questions or not. Communication with this company is really awful. Even a simple canned email saying that they’re busy and I’m number X in the queue would be better than crickets. Website is still down as well.

    I heard from custom Chasity yesterday, and my order has shipped from Australia. Although their website is still down It does look like I'll be getting my order. I received the tracking number.

    customer comms is not their strongpoint in my experience - mine arrived about on-time at 6/7 weeks last autumn
