    Just a curiocity!
Is locking someone in a chastity cage / belt considered an offence in your country?
Does any country's law mention anything on this subject?
I will tell you why I thought of this
I'm locked in a metal cage, which cannot be removed
So escaping a security gate is not possible
Now I have come to the stage that I will openly tell the security that my wife has locked me in this cage,
Then apart from getting amazed, can he book me / my wife under any charge?
Will he force me to remove my cage?

    Your opinion please!

Sounds like your question is not about legality of putting someone in a chastity device. It sounds to me like a matter of reevaluating your relationship and ethics.

Just my opinion, but unless your cage is a threat to someone you should be okay. Body jewelry is. IMHO

Whilst what body jewellery ..adornments etc you wear even on your genitals are purely personal, or should I more correctly say, mutual choice. Do remember that a security person may refuse you admittance or deny you a flight...whatever ...unless you let them he she or it see your device and determine that it poses no discernable threat.

Which whilst not a problem in itself perhaps do bear in mind.. and this may only apply in the UK I'm not sure... if you have a mark like a bruise, love-bite, welt or burn etc it could result in your partner facing charges for wounding or inflicting bodily harm. Ridiculous as it may sound you are not allowed in the UK to consent to these acts so you saying that you consented provides no defence for your partner.

A well known case is that of Operation Spanner the subsequent case which has been taken to the court, the house of lords and the european court of human rights. Which if you are bored does make interesting reading, especially some of the background stuff.

In our house, NOT being in chastity is an offence.

If you hold a position where you are not to be under control by someone outside your working environment it could be a security issue, otherwise not.... Make sure it is nicely cleaned and polished when you flash the gear;-)

Tell them that as most women think men think with their penis the metal cage is to stop the Alien mind control waves from
making you take over the plane.
You may not make the flight but I bet it gets a laugh.......Just before they cart you away to a quiet place.

Sorry my imagination got the better of me. :spank:

Legally speaking it's not illegal... But as the courts just love to throw out that anyone on the receiving end of anything related to deviant sexual acts (particularly BDSM) the person on the receiving end isn't in their right sane mind, thereby negating the safe sane and consensual approach. They can then go from there in saying that the person was taken advantage of etc.
But the likelihood of that happening is minimal and in stupidly conservative areas.
