Interesting detail regarding nightly erections

As some of you fellow kinksters have noticed, I wear PA5000.

More often than not I however sleep without the device, as my beloved KH wants to have fun with her property and after playing we don't put the lock back on until the morning.

Last two nights that I have worn the device, I have let my glans to "turtle" to first pair of holes before going to bed. I have slept well, without uncomfortable wake up around 4am.

Earlier I let the glans stay completely visible, and wake ups were common.

I just wonder, if restricting the swelling of the -glans- might have something to do with the pain or the absence of it. If so, it might make sense to do something to other devices to lessen the nightly pains.

I might take a pair of photos to visualize what I mean.
