So my wife and I restarted chastity about a month ago after a 3 month break. This time we are using a custom mature metal queens keep. The cage fits wonderfully I think I need to drop a ring size though. The first week went good no sore spots, the second and third week the same as the first week. Then I mowed our lawn the one day and I thing the vibrations from rider caused a sore on bottom side of my ding a ling. I feel naked without it what is a good cream to use to heal the sore spot so my wife can lock me back up??? Any thoughts and comments would be appreciated.

In the UK I would think the go to cream for skin complaints is E45 - not sure if it is available in the US

I would have thought any antiseptic cream would have a good healing effect.

It does feel strange not having the device on after you have become accustomed to it. ;)

Antibacterial creams are good. Surprisingly, so are diaper creams.

E45 is used as a diaper cream by any Mother who knows what she is doing and has been for decades. I had what amounted to a nappy rash on the end of my penis during the early days of wearing my Holy Trainer and E45 sorted it out very quickly.

I had that as well after a couple of weeks in my first real lockup... And I didn't want to ask for the key. So I used a cream (don't remember the brand) and some surgical tape under the a-ring. It was not easy to get it there with the cream under it but at last I could have it in place for nearly 24 hour.
After that, the soreness was gone!

After that I started to shower twice a day and after that the problem is gone. Now the skin is used to the a-ring so it's no problem at all

Depending on the wound: Cortizone 10, Neosporine and/or Vaseline.

As just about everyone else said diaper cream is the best. I used Desitin maximum strength for some issues I had and that solved my problem very quickly.

When problems with my skin arise I use a cortizone ointment not the cream it seems to stay on the skin longer. The cream get absorbed into the skin and evaporates faster.

I had a rash for literally years. I got it to subside to a tiny area but couldn't get that little spot to go away. If I slavked off treatment it would spread. I tried everything including peroxide, merthiolate and much more besides diaper rash cream and athletes foot meds. Sleeping with no drawers etc.
This April at my regular checkup I told my Dr.
His recipe: 1/3 Boudreaux's Butt Paste, 1/3 athletes foot (or ringworm) creme containing Clotrimaze, and 1/3 his prescribed Triamcinolone ointment.
I put the 3 into a little cup and mixed well.
I was all clear in 3 days.
I bought a hypodermic syringe (no needle) and put the remainder in for later use. I continued with a twice daily regimen for 1 week then once about every 2 weeks. GONE!
I do believe that with this newfound relief I will be experiencing more chastity time. My wife is abreast of my situation and has asked me to buy a better CB than the CB 6000.
