My wife/KH is breaking out from the cheap metal of the key. Is it possible to have these cut into a normal key style? Due to lifestyle activities this is our preferred device and dont want to switch. TYIA.
She could either not wear it against her skin or perhaps cover it with a nail varnish that contains nylon or use some of the anti allergy stuff you paint on that some chemists and jewellers sell. A quick dip into nail varnish remover and rubbed firmly with a bit of rag should clean it sufficiently to allow it to be used for unlocking without clogging the lock through repeated use. You could of course try and get a key cut using a metal that contains no nickel or whatever it is that is causing the unwanted reaction
