Hi ladies, I wondered... how long do you think I should try and refrain from masturbation... it’s been a few days since I last had an orgasm, and as each day goes by, I’m feeling increasingly hornier and honestly feel like I’m going to have an involuntary orgasm without even touching myself...

well, when you’re trying to go for a few days without touching yourself and then feel like you’re going to orgasm without even touching yourself it’s frustrating and humiliating to start over :(

But is it really starting over if you haven't given in and touched yourself?
It sounds like a very different thing to me (and as HisFreakySide said, it doesn't sound that bad...)

Go for a quick release only on the 31 then belt right back up.

If you are new to this, then you need to set realistic goals for your first few lockups. 30 days is probably reasonable as long as you have already sorted out the fit of your cage and any long term hygiene issues. ...but to be fair most people here probably went for less time on their first try.

It's a little different for everyone, but after abstaining for a period of time (7-10 days for me) your bodies dopamine level tends to naturally rise above your normal baseline. Once that happens you will (for lack of a better way to describe it) feel a bit like you are floating. I find this to be a very pleasant feeling, but it gets lost over time (or maybe just becomes normal) on long lockups

Any touching, cuddling, teasing, etc. with a loved one (or even watching porn) will cause your body to release oxytocin. The oxytocin will bind with the available dopamine in your system (the more you have available the better it tends to feel)

When You Orgasm, your body will first release large amounts of dopamine and oxytocin into your system (This is why an Orgasm feels so good) it will then release prolactin, which will flush both the dopamine and the oxytocin from your system. When this happens most people report feeling a "Crash" as your dopamine levels drop below your normal baseline ...people with low dopamine levels tend to get moody (and less submissive) ...Getting back to "normal" can take several days (This is referred to as the refractory period)

So if you avoid the O altogether, you can build up large amounts of dopamine and oxytocin in your system over long periods of time. With a bit of skilled teasing, a chaste person could be brought to pre-orgasmic levels and held there for long periods of time. No Crash, No Refractory Period ...Just Blissful Frustration
