There is no scientific evidence indicating a correlation between orgasm or the lack of, and prostate health.
i've gone very long between orgasms and my last PSA was .9 and normal is 4. 0 and under. What is important to watch is a significant rise in PSA count. More than a .75 increase within a year is something to be concerned about and is an indicator of Prostate cancer. The next step would be a rectal exam and a prostate biopsy. Once it is determined that your PSA is abnormal, a transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate, which will help determine if there is underlying prostate cancer.

If anyone can step forward with a scientific study that proves otherwise please step forward. i am more than open to read and investigate the data.

 

Along the lines of health issues I guess nobody really knows. This 'rule' that the balls have to emptied every month is such a myth in my humble opinion, I suspect it was invented a male. I see no reason why they should be but then again I am no doctor. If I where a doctor I could probably argue both sides of the coin. Indeed no need for a release. The body takes care of it, either you will or you'll have a nocturnal ejaculation. I have had 1 nocturnal one after about 3 months of continues lock-up. Ahem, need to raise the fact that "blue balls" is quite real. The layman's version of the advice from my kinky medical community contacts follows...

Our male reproductive system is vascular and the structures do not appreciate it when fluids get stuck, congested or forced the wrong way. Any unresolved or rather incomplete ejaculation can result in a colossal backup. Our caged scrotums tend to mildly restrict the flow so we are a wee bit more prone. When this happens we will inevitably feel quite real pain in the testes, the epididymis, or up high on either side or both of the groin... as if we had achy ovaries. The scrotum will appear swollen and reddish and/or bluish. The most effective way to resolve this is a couple effective 'releases' of the backed up fluids. Pain normally lessens within an hour and resolves within 24-72 hours.

When caged it is typical for our scrotums to swell and be bluish and/or reddish... it's only when the accompanying pain (not discomfort--PAIN) is there that you have a case of an incomplete ejaculation dose of blue balls.

Listen, by the way, there are plenty of urgent care issues with our bits (look up testicular torsion, epididymitis and rupture for a start) that mean we need to seek medical care promptly, that is unless "I'm too much of a man to take off this cage and beat my record" stupidity is more important than protecting fertility or loss of a testicle or two.
