Welcome to the Mansion Fitment is key, definitely not a one size fits all. I am 2+ month into this lifestyle and adapting well. My chinese resin device came with four rings. Largest ring was all I could bear in the beginning and now I wear the 2and smallest ring daily. I do have to go up one size at night with Vaseline around the ring. I still get 2 to 3 erections in my sleep and the pulling can be excruciating on my scrotum in the smaller ring. Read the threads they are informative. If there are no photos in the posts try checking to see if the post's author has photos in his gallery to get an idea of what they might be referencing.
hello @Horatio1965 and welcome to here and I hope you like it here as well. getting a nice comfy cage is better than have one that is nasty so make sure that you get the rigt measures first and the ring bit is the one that matter most.
Thanks for the well wishes... I think I am stuck with an open ring or hinged ring and this probably limits me a lot...
I currently have a CB-6000s and am still getting used to it. Only been wearing it off and on for about 6 weeks or so. Would like something a bit less bulky, but I am restricted to open rings or hinged rings.
I have Jail Bird from Mature Metal very comfortable I egg shaped the ring to give ball sack more room works well
