I was also thinking about the head lock option once I had a basic good fitting cherry keeper. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the different size of head lock retaining ring. I remember the website saying something along the lines of that the small is actually the largest and the large is actually the smallest opening for the glans and shaft to go through for cages with the headlock option. Has anyone tried these and if so any experience with the different size opening or how would one best choose the right size opening for their specific anatomy. Obviously too small could cause health issues and blood flow problems and too big is pointless and would defeat the purpose of having the head lock. Also anyone use the head lock with the custom option of having the cage extend under the base ring kind of like the holy trainer designs?
Headlock is a option to have for lack of a better description a additional ring or tub at the entrance of the cage creating a smaller opening inside diameter than the rest of the cage's normal inside diameter. So in essence it should help keep you from pulling back or turtling in your cage since the smaller opening should help hold things in place
i have the headlock option on a cage with spikes. i must say it does its job and keeps my glans in contact with spikes all the time. I've not worn in for a real extended period, my best being 120 hrs. But the way it fits right behind the glans does work without being too restrictive, in terms of blood flow. Good luck and enjoy.

Do you remember what size option you went with for the headlock, her page says medium is typically what most people go with since most don't know what to expect from it size wise.
Not sure if you can see from this picture the entrance to the cage is smaller than the rest of the cage so it holds your glans in place, or depending on the size of your cage might hold the shaft in place.
i don't remember for sure, but assume not knowing what else to do, i went with medium. Sorry i can't be more specific.

I ordered the long and wide cage with the medium headlock and have worn it for almost a month now with unlocking only for cleaning once a week. My job requires lots of bending over and off positions and the headlock works perfectly. I have stayed in place 100% of the time. This is by far the best cage I have worn.
Is anyone wearing a headlock CK that's uncut? Does the headlock still work in this situation e.g. skin forwards?
Going to give it a try. Downsized from standard to a small, as well as going from a 40mm tall ergo (37 wide and 39 tall) to a 38mm flat circular ring. Going to try the head look med. Just ordered mine in purple eta is early Sept. Can't wait .
Went with purple bc it's the wife's fav color. So I figured it would be a nice surprise, and make her feel like she's more included since now not only am I cage only for her it has her signature color on it as well.
I just got a new short cage with large headlock. Holds me just a bit more snugly than the medium, which let me slip out of it sometimes. A little more fiddly to put on, but much more secure.
This will be my first head lock cage so I don't really know what head lock size opening I'll need so I measured myself and went with what was close to that but a bit smaller, so medium it was. But I feel I may need a bigger opening. So anyways we will see hopefully med is good enough and doesn't cause too much restriction.
There website shows that they do custom orders My head is 40 mm long which is longer than any standard cage with headlock I put in a question over a week ago with no response and it looks like the owner Josie Lynn has not been here on this site for over a year. anyone else run into this. Shapeways has not responded either
Yeah they are not doing custom orders at the moment so you will have to go with the closest thing you can find, there is quite a lot of choice
So how is it ? Kinda leaning towards this. I work in construction and with a lot of movement the tube I am wearing moves causing all kinds of issues as well as difficult to clean after urinating. Don't get me wrong its fun to wear but having to go days with it off for issues to go away just takes away from the whole experience.
