Has anyone tried a device with a recessed shaft?

    Looks similar conceptually to the Holy Trainer products. If the finish is good, I see no reason why it shouldn't be OK long term.
    Naturally YMMV.

    The recessed part “disappears” into the pubic area.

    Doesn’t really make it more secure but it is surprisingly comfortable.

    The nub has the same design.

    Biggest issue for long term wear is keeping it clean. Impossible without removing it unfortunately.

    I tried the plastic version. I had issues staying in place all the way out to the tip...turtling. Also, it pressed into your sac really tight, and the flesh of my pelvis more or less lapped over the end of the cage pressed into me. In short, I am glad I tried the plastic one for $17 before dumping $40-ish into the steel one. I quickly abandoned it.
