Hi all, As soon as I'm done typing this post, I'm off to have a shower, then heading to get a PA. The piercer has said that they typically pierce with an 8 ga or 6 ga piercing, and same size jewelry to follow. I'm thinking I'm going to bite the bullet and go for the 6 ga. I'll follow up later and let you know how it went. Wish me luck!

Follow the piercer's directions, which should include soaking the piercing every day in a saline solution. Do that until it is healed, and then some. The PA typically takes 8 to 12 weeks to be fully healed. Do not remove the initial jewelry until it is healed. After it is healed, you can get it stretched up. You need to soak it again after each stretch up. I would recommend a 4 gauge piercing for anchoring to a chastity device. I was pierced at 10, and immediately stretched to 8. Later, I stretched it up to 2 gauge. That took about 9 months from the initial piercing, done in stages: 8 to 6 to 4 to 2.
Done! Wasn't too bad; the actual piercing hurt for a very short amount of time, and it really didn't hurt that bad. Within seconds after piercing, she had the jewelry inserted. I chose a captive bead ring for my jewelry, and the only problem we ran into was that she couldn't get the ring to close onto the bead. She had to get her boss (a guy with stronger hands) to close the ring. That took a good extra ten minutes as even he was having a hard time with it. But it was hardly bleeding as I was laying there, so that was good. I went to the bathroom right before I got called into the room, but of course, I no sooner got home afterwards, and had to go really bad. Was bleeding a fair bit then, but not horribly. Wrapped it up in some paper towel, as they suggested, and I shouldn't have to look at it again until later this evening.
I used a nitrile glove rubber banded around the package for two days with a piece of gauze inside to catch the blood. That is how they sent me home from the shop.

Ok, another update, 7 hours post piercing. It was not painful in the least, in fact, barely even noticable all evening. I just went to the bathroom about 1/2 hrs ago; hopefully the last time until the morning. This time, it was bleeding quite profusely; I'd liken it to a bad nosebleed; the kind you get sometimes when you have a shower in the middle of a mid-western winter when it's 20 below outside. Yeah, that kind. Anyway, after my business, I wrapped it back up with paper towel and hoped for the best. It has since started soaking through the towel and even into my underwear; but I'm just going to leave it until the morning. I've read others' accounts reporting that the bleeding peaked about this far into it. Still cannot believe that it doesn't hurt more. Like it really doesn't hurt at all. Just a slight, very slight, tingling sensation. Can't wait till it heals tho ;-)
The bleeding may be looking worst than it is. When you urinate the blood tends to dilute into your urine changing the coulour of your urine as your going to the toilet. It can make things seems worst than they are. The worst pain I had was about 24 hrs after the peircing. It starts to geel like your pissing needles not to disimilar from a UTI or passing stones. Its all part of it though and wont take long to heal. You wont regret it. Have a look for screw closing balls as they are easier to get on and off the more you upgage.
I am suprised about this bleeding . A pa should stop very quickly . Just keep drinking water you should be fine. Xx Wendy

Here's another update; following morning (~18 hrs post piercing). I think I've seen the worst of the bleeding. Some light bleeding overnight (probably triggered when morning glory came around at ~0530), and some more since, but seems to not be doing any more right now. Off to have a shower, get cleaned up, and head out for the day. Still no major discomfort; have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised at the lack of pain or discomfort through all this. In most of the other accounts that I read, the general theme is that there is some bleeding for up to 24 hours, and the amount of bleeding that I've experienced has really not been that significant compared to many of these reports. I took a better look at it this morning, and I really do like the look of the ring. I'll try to post a picture or two in a day or so if anyone's interested.
Thanks I wasn't wearing panties at the piercers, but I was wearing thong underwear, shorts, tights and flip-flops (showing off my painted toes and toe ring).

I am suprised at all this bleeding bit not only yours but other people saying same. . Because the blood flow there is very high and should heal very quickly. However I am sure you will be fine . Not to worry with a photo. OK i know your rightly proud of your new addition . But we are trying to reduce the unlocked boy bits on CM xx Xx Wendy

Four days post piercing, and all is well. Very minor amount of spotting in my underwear the last couple of days, and as of mid-day yesterday, no discomfort during urination. I've been following their aftercare instructions to the letter, so I'm sure that helps. Am already looking forward to moving up from my 6 ga piercing to a 4 ga piercing. I'm pretty confident I'll stay at 4 ga once I get there. Want to get a pink coloured captive bead ring (CBR). Really like my piercing so far, and am really happy I finally pulled the trigger on getting it done.
So I'm now almost 5 weeks with my new PA, and am happy to report that it's healing beautifully. If you're interested, I posted some pictures of it in my gallery. The challenge now will be to figure out whether or not I can use my PA to increase the security of my Mature Metal Watchful Mistress device. So far; and I haven't tried it yet, it seems that I may be able to remove the ring, put the cage on, then feed the ring through the cage (and my cock), and then re-fasten the ball (outside the cage, of course). As an aside, I have also ordered a new piece of jewelry (similar size/design to what I have now) that is made of titanium, and will be colored pink, with a fuchsia bead.
