First time caged

    Hi all,

    I have been reading through some of the helpful tips on getting into a cage for the first time and importance of sizing etc.
    I thought I better start my own post rather than putting pictures into other posters threads.
    The issue I have is that my device base ring is very tight. I have a cheap Ebay model that has 5 rings ranging from 35mm to 49mm.
    My first concern after squeezing into my cage was that my testicles began to burn after approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
    I have begun to just fit my base ring without the cage, and this has allowed me to wear the ring for about 30 minutes before the burning sensation began.
    Is this usual?
    Is there something I can do to relieve the burning sensation?
    Will it just become easier after wearing in like a pair of new shoes?
    I would describe my ball sack as quite tight normally which is probably why I am having trouble getting into my device.
    I am also just using the smaller base rings to circle my balls in the hope I can wear it and stretch my testicles further down.
    I would hope to be able to wear it for a minimum of 8 hours soon but at this stage I don't feel I will get there.
    Hopefully i will be able to show the fit in a picture.

    If you can get a soapy finger between you and your cuff ring, it's not too tight. This is a new sensation of having something locked around your sac and it's going to take some adjusting to.

    If I have been out of my cage for a spell, I feel the same tightness when it's locked back on. Sleeping that first night is tough. For me, this is the lifestyle I asked (begged) my wife for.

    It would appear your ball sack is "high and tight" (just the saying). Your device will be much more comfortable with a ring with a smaller gauge and a larger gap between the ring and cage.

    That looks like a cb6000 style which has a pretty sharp edge on the ring. I had similar burning issues with that model. I much prefer a ring that is perfectly smooth / round with no edge to it.

    I would guess you need to measure, then find a correct size ring, not just whatever is offered with a random cage. I have a 55mm ring, and it is a little snug. I have tried smaller size, and it was much worse as far as the burn was concerned.

    Ok thanks for the information. I will definitely start looking around for a device with a larger base ring.

    Hi all,
    Just a little update.
    My modified cage is now fitting quite well. I have managed to wear it for 30 hours.
    What a rush. I slept in it and then went to work for 10 hours with very little discomfort.
    Although the repairs had made the lock redundant I have now done some modifications that allows the lock to secure it again. Very exciting times.
    I showed it to my wife on the weekend and I feel she was not very impressed. I hope there will be some happier news moving forward with her. So far she just seems angry with me however she was not the few weeks. I don't think it has to do with my cage idea although it probably is not helping.

    It sounds like you need to move up to the next size ring. I also tried to squeeze into the one that was just a little tighter and my balls swelled line balloons. You want to be in chastity, not castrated.

    Yes, I am looking for a larger ring size.
    The only issue is prices a little out of my budget until my wife fully embraces the idea.
    I have a silicon ring approx. 55mm that is performing the job quite well now although being flexible allows me to remove it while locked easily.
    The thing is I do not want to remove it even without locking it.
    It is strange nut now I want it on all the time.
    I feel naked without it, and I am finding it comfortable holding my cock in a fixed position rather than flailing all over the place.
    I now know that this is something I will continue with even if my wife is not impressed.
    I have been living a very vanilla lifestyle for 20 years now and feel I am too old to continue being unhappy.
    The decision will ultimately be hers, but I will not stop wearing it and if she needs to, she can decide on the next step.
    I have already stopped watching porn since wearing my cage although she was not even aware that I watch porn. She would divorce me if she knew.
    I will keep updating as time goes on. Finding that I enjoy sleeping with my cage on.
    I cannot see any down sides to chastity at this point in time.

    Not really secure however when I am wearing it as the only keyholder at the moment I trust myself to maintain chastity.
    It is now something I struggle to get through the day if I a not wearing it.
    Also, when I go to bed without it I end up waking in the night and putting it on.
    I feel like this is training for when I can get a secure cage as my genitalia will have become accustomed to wearing a cage. I feel if I was to pull out with the lock on I would not be able to reenter without damaging this fragile unit.
    Currently looking at House of Denial cages as they offer a range of 55mm base rings.
    Not sure if anyone hear has experience with this company. Happy for feedback if there is.
    Currently been wearing it all day only removed to wash and then refitted.

    Hello!
    I'm having same experience as yours! I bought a cage from amazon made of sylicon and I'm finding a bit of discomfort from the ring: the largest size feels too strict and I have same "burning" sensation you described.

    I'm wondering if the ring shape is the culprit? It has a square section so it's not perfectly smooth against the skin.

    I was initially concerned about the penis cage but maybe the main issue is the ring. I'm considering buying another model with a smoother ring, to test its comfort against this one.

    Your second picture looks much like I wear it myself. Did the burning sensation go away?

    I think you should try a larger base ring to start, until you get accustomed to it. Looks like your testicles are squeezed pretty tight.

    Yes, the burning sensation has completely disappeared with the 57mm ring.
    Unfortunately, the rest keeps breaking. I will look at getting a similar one made from stainless steel and manufacture my own base ring in a comfortable size

    With a larger ring, 57mm, doesn't it drop down, after a while?

    praps he mean the cage has broke cos some of the ones thats plastic do that and i had one first ages ago and that all split and i glue it back but i got the glue on everthing and Mistress throwed in away.

    It takes time and usually a few cages before you find the right one. The cheap Chinese cages work well for this and once you find a size and shape that works, you can move up in the price range.
    My wife was not on board at first, but now she won't have it any other way. You have to make it worth it for her. Lots of attention for her when you are caged. Back rubs foot rubs and cleaning etc. She will hopefully see the benefits.

    It's difficult if you are 'high & tight', but you're on the way now having diagnosed your issue - I am the same.

    compact styles like CB and Kink3d Cobra were bad for me, and I only finally found comfort in a steel Jailbird - but would've been wasted money to begin with before I worked out my real size & all-important crucial 'ball gap' ...

    In your opinion and experience, "high & tight" can find comfortable the Holy Trainer type of cages?
