    Does anybody know about fertility during chastity?
    Does chastity have an effect on fertility?
    Is there some need of "having fresh semen"? Giving him an orgasm a few days before ovulation?

    Long term chastity won't have any effect on fertility, there's no change to the functioning of the testicles, prostate or anything else. You will have been preventing some spongy tissue from engorging with blood, but no other body changes will have occurred.

    The first erection or two after a long lockup might not be as rigid, but as long as you're not expecting to get pregnant after only letting him enter you once, it should be no different than if you hadn't been doing chastity.
